Bouncing Baby Bouquet

Hi Pavel, Just a quick note to thank you and Ottawa Flowers for the beautiful replacement bouquet that we received on Friday !! We think you were way too generous in your choice, as this one is much larger and even more beautiful than the original. We really do appreciate your generosity, however, and your response to this situation. Companies, businesses,and their managers should not be judged when things are going smoothly, but rather when situations arise and how they are dealt with. Your response to our problem was textbook ! No hassles, far too many apologies, and more than sufficient and prompt compensation ! Far and beyond our expectations! Your professionalism, thoughtfulness and care in creating them, but especially your attention to detail, made our daughter's wedding just perfect! Caleigh and Curtis donated them after the wedding to a Senior's Home where Caleigh works and they also LOVED them! Pavel, I wanted to thank you for the beautiful spray of red roses we ordered for my mother last week as well as the little pillow from our first grandson. They were beautiful. I am now drying 36 of the roses to distribute to family in memory of my mother. I will not hesitate to refer Ottawa Flowers to friends in the future, for any occasion. Thank you again.
