Hi Pavel, I just wanted to send a quick thank you for your floral arrangements on Wednesday. The flowers were beautiful and many of us took bouquets home. I also noticed that you added more flowers to the bouquet than originally agreed upon and appreciate that Ottawa Flowers went above and beyond. I particularly liked the addition of the orange roses. To my great surprise, a new bouquet arrived at my door a week later, a replacement for the original and a thing of beauty indeed. I want to thank you for the care and attention paid to my daughter's concern that I should receive the flowers that my friend wanted me to have. The arrangement is lovely and I am proud to have it on show for visitors to see. I am also happy to tell them of this excellent gesture in the name of customer service and satisfaction.
