The Appassionato Bouquet

I just wanted to thank you on behalf of everyone at WaterCan. The evening was a huge success and your flowers contributed to that greatly! Anna and I were surprised when we saw the centerpieces coming in as they were not the tall vases we had discussed, however as they got placed on the tables and the Birds of Paradise began to open in the warmth, it became clear that they were perfect for the evening. We appreciate that they were far more detailed than our original order and the "African" greenery was perfect.

Hi Pavel This is Rita. You were my florist for my wedding on August 2nd at St. Charbel. I'm sorry it took so long, but I just received my wedding pictures and was able to properly see the decor & flowers you had set up. I wanted to thank you, they looked beautiful. You did such a lovely job with the photo frames. We think you were way too generous in your choice, as this one is much larger and even more beautiful than the original. We really do appreciate your generosity, however, and your response to this situation. Companies, businesses,and their managers should not be judged when things are going smoothly, but rather when situations arise and how they are dealt with. Your response to our problem was textbook ! No hassles, far too many apologies, and more than sufficient and prompt compensation ! Far and beyond our expectations!
