We think you were way too generous in your choice, as this one is much larger and even more beautiful than the original. We really do appreciate your generosity, however, and your response to this situation. Companies, businesses,and their managers should not be judged when things are going smoothly, but rather when situations arise and how they are dealt with. Your response to our problem was textbook ! No hassles, far too many apologies, and more than sufficient and prompt compensation ! Far and beyond our expectations! Hi Pavel, We had the time of our lives! Hands down, best day ever :). Thank you for being a key part in making this day magical. When I walked in and saw all the flowers I was in awe! We have not received the professional photos yet: but sizzle decor (who did our back drop and other decor) did post some pictures on their social media which also show cases your work. Below are the links. Hopefully you can save them from there. Once I receive the professional pictures I’ll be sure to share them.

I got my bridal party bouquets and groomsmen boutonnières done by Ottawa Flowers for my wedding in July and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them! Pavel took my vision and brought it to life! When I went for my consultation I was a little worried because their location was super busy with a lot going on and Pavel seemed like a very busy guy frequently taking phone calls but I was SO beyond in love my how everything turned out, Pavel definitely knows what he’s doing and knows his stuff. They were exactly what I had in mind. The photographers the day of even asked the groom party where their boutonnières were from because they were the most beautiful roses they had even seen - such a nice compliment! They even offer delivery, we got our flowers delivered to our hotel the morning of (for a small fee) which was so convenient and one less thing I had to worry about. I would definitely recommend Ottawa Flowers. You get what you pay for and you will not regret spending the money on flowers from here!!
